2022 Exhibition
We are delighted that this year the Art Show has returned to its home in the Village Hall after two years of being held online. Nearly eighty artists submitted work with the number of pieces totalling over two hundred.
Our continued thanks go to Eve’s Foundation for the financial prizes for the best artworks. Eve’s Foundation has kindly continued to be our official sponsor for East Linton Annual Art Exhibition. This year we also welcomed sponsorship from Torness Motors, Crafty Kit Co and Stewart Milne Homes.
Our thanks also to the Judge for this year's competition, Philip Edwards.
"I have an MA (Hons) Fine Art (With Distinction in The History of Art), from Edinburgh University and College of Art. I also studied at Florence Academy of Art, to where I was sent for two separate overseas study periods. My University dissertation was on the restoration of oil paintings, which was led from studying old master drawing and painting techniques at the Florence Academy of Art. I have exhibited in New York, London, and all over Scotland, and over the years have won various awards. I also recently appeared on Sky Arts Landscape Artist of the Year, where I got the semi-finals!"
